Fees
The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the tooth needing treatment and the extent of that treatment. Molars are more difficult to treat and therefore the fee is usually more.
During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved. It is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment. Please contact our office regarding any questions regarding the fees.
Insurance
For your convenience we are contracted as “In-Network” providers for select PPO insurance plans and file for “Out-Of-Network” benefits from insurance carriers that we are not contacted with. At the consultation appointment, an estimate of the amount expected by your insurance company will be provided.
If we are “Out-Of-Network” with your insurance carrier, we will require full payment at the time of service and file on your behalf for your insurance company to reimburse you directly for the amount they cover. The estimate is never a guarantee of benefits or the amount the insurance company will pay. The estimate of your insurance coverage and filing on your behalf does not transfer the responsibility of payment to the insurance company.
If the amount paid by the insurance company is less than the amount due then you will be responsible for the balance. If the amount paid by the insurance company is greater than the estimate then you will be reimbursed the credit. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding our financial policies or your insurance coverage.
CareCredit
We also offer a flexible payment plan called CareCredit. Please contact our office or visit CareCredit for more information or to apply online.
